Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at Info@morfez.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  3. Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and pa
  4. proved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

Exchange Process

  1. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and mention the product you’d like in exchange.
  2. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

Refunds

  1. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within  5-7 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.
  2. Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
